At Embrace Strength Counseling & Nutrition, we specialize in working with eating disorders, disordered eating, body image, anxiety, depression, self-worth, fertility and postpartum concerns, personality disorders, life transitions, and personal growth. We work with teens and adults, offering individual counseling, telehealth counseling, nutrition counseling, meal support, group counseling, and clinical consultation and supervision. We have evening and daytime appointments available in-person and virtually!
