At Embrace Strength Counseling, we offer professional supervision and consultation services to pre-licensed and licensed master’s level counselors in-person and via telehealth. Our supervision approach is strengths-based, collaborative, and supportive. We can support you in developing your professional identity and counseling approach, identifying and utilizing your strengths as a clinician, and working through self of the therapist issues.

Hi, my name is Catherine. I’ve been in private practice since 2011, am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Eating Disorders Specialist, and teach master’s level counseling courses at the University of Colorado Denver. I also volunteer as president of the Denver Metro Chapter of iaedp (International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals). I love supporting other professionals in working with eating disorders and building their own private practices. I offer clinical supervision and professional consultation services in person and via telehealth. My approach to supervision is strengths-based, collaborative, and empowering. I have been practicing psychotherapy for 15 years and I’ve been providing clinical supervision to pre-licensed and licensed counselors for over 6 years.
