If you or someone you love has an eating disorder, intervening early and connecting with qualified treatment professionals is critically important! One of the first decisions you will make is what level of care is appropriate and I’m happy to be a resource when making that decision. At the outpatient level of care, I recommend working with a treatment team and am happy to coordinate care with other providers. In addition to counseling, the outpatient treatment team may include a registered dietitian, your primary care physician, and and a psychiatrist depending on your needs at the time. It can feel overwhelming to establish care with a qualified treatment team. I’m happy to help.

Below is a list of local and national resources that I recommend, including providers I coordinate care with frequently, eating disorder information, support groups, and treatment centers. Please feel free to contact me if you are struggling with an eating disorder, such as Anorexia, Bulimia, Binge Eating Disorder, or EDNOS. I’d be happy to answer any questions you have and discuss how I can help, whether I become part of your treatment team providing eating disorder therapy, help connect you to other resources, or provide appropriate referrals to a higher level of care.
