Individual counseling sessions typically last 45-50 minutes and the session fee is $120. The fee is based on the amount of time we spend in session and reserves your scheduled appointment slot for you. If we meet for longer than 50 minutes, additional time will be billed at $20 per 10 minutes. Payment is due at the time of service. I accept cash, checks, and credit cards for payment and am also in-network provider with several insurance companies. I also accept Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flex Spending Account (FSA) payments.

Currently, I am an in-network provider with the following insurance plans:

  • Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (all Anthem brands)
  • Anthem EAP
  • Cigna
  • New Directions EAP
  • Rocky Mountain Health Plans  

When utilizing your insurance benefits, the fee will vary based on the type of service provided, length of session, and your insurance provider’s contracted rate. I’m happy to answer questions about using your insurance benefits and I also recommend contacting your provider to find out what is and is not covered since you are responsible for any charges your insurance plan doesn’t cover.

Additionally, I am an out-of-network provider for all other insurance plans and am happy to provide you with statements to submit to your insurance carrier for out-of-network reimbursement, dependent on your benefits.

Cancelation Policy

Please be aware that I require a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancelation in order to avoid being charged a cancelation fee. If you do not provide at least 24 hours notice of cancelation or miss an appointment, you will be charged the standard session fee. I do not reschedule with new clients who miss their first appointment. Current clients are required to pay the cancelation fee before scheduling another session. Please be aware that insurance does not cover late cancelations or missed appointments.
