Fees & Services

At Embrace Strength Counseling, our specialities include eating disorder treatment, anxiety treatment, depression treatment, trauma therapy, and postpartum counseling. Our team offers a variety of services to teens and adults including individual counseling, walk and talk therapy, family therapy, nutrition counseling, meal support, and clinical supervision and consultation. We can meet with you in-person or virtually (please see virtual services for more information). We strive for transparency regarding our fees and policies so please contact us if you have any questions.

Our fees for services are based on the amount of time spent together and reserve your scheduled appointment slot for you. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept credit cards, checks, and cash for payment and it is our practice’s policy to securely store a form of payment for all clients (credit or debit card). We also accept Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flex Spending Account (FSA) payments and are in-network providers for some insurances (see insurance information below). We’re happy to provide statements (i.e. superbills) at your request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.  

Psychotherapy Fees (Teens & Adults):

Catherine S. Tilford, Licensed Professional Counselor & Certified Eating Disorders Specialist:

  • $120/50 minute session
  • $140/60 minute session
  • Insurances accepted: Anthem BCBS, Cigna, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, Multiplan, Beacon, Anthem EAP

Lisa Mareb, Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Certified Eating Disorders Specialist/Supervisor:

  • $130/50 minute session
  • $155/60 minute session

Heather Rosenblatt, Licensed Clinical Social Worker Candidate:

  • $110/50 minute individual session
  • $125/50 minute family session

Kaitlyn Valdez, Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate:

  • $80-$100/50 minute session
  • Insurances accepted: Cigna

Reagan Rockholm, Master’s Level Counseling Intern:

  • $50-$80/50 minute session
  • Insurances accepted: Cigna

Nutrition Counseling (Teens & Adults): 

Emily Forzley, Registered Dietitian:

  • $175/Initial Nutrition Assessment (60-90 minutes)
  • $125/Follow-up Nutrition Appointments (30-60 minutes)

Meal Support (Virtual): 

  • $70/30 minutes
  • $140/60 minutes

Insurance Information 

Currently, we have providers in-network with the following insurance plans: 

  • Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (all Anthem brands)
  • Anthem EAP
  • Beacon
  • Cigna
  • Cigna EAP
  • Rocky Mountain Health Plans 
  • Multi-Plan

When utilizing your insurance benefits, the fee will vary based on the type of service provided, length of session, and your insurance provider’s contracted rate. We are happy to answer any questions about using your insurance benefits. We also recommend contacting your insurance provider to find out what is and is not covered since you are responsible for any charges your insurance plan doesn’t cover. Please be aware insurance doesn’t cover late cancelations or missed appointments and you will be responsible for paying the contracted rate for that session. 

Additionally, we all are out-of-network providers for all other insurance plans and are happy to provide you with statements (i.e. super bills) to submit to your insurance carrier for out-of-network reimbursement, dependent on your benefits. 

Low Cost Counseling Services

We are able to offer low cost counseling services through our internship program. Interns are in the final stage of working towards their master’s degree in counseling and are supervised by Catherine S. Tilford, MA, NCC, LPC, CEDS. They are able to offer reduced fees for all counseling services. Please contact us with any questions about working with an intern our team.

Cancelation Policy

Please be aware a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancelation is required in order to avoid being charged a cancelation fee. If you do not provide at least 24 hours notice of cancelation or do not show up for an appointment, you will be charged the standard session fee. We do not reschedule with new clients who miss their first appointment. Current clients are required to pay the cancelation fee before scheduling another session. Please note: insurance does not cover late cancelations or missed appointments and you will be responsible for paying the contracted rate.
