Meet Claire

Have you ever felt caught in a cycle of self-doubt or overwhelmed by waves of anxiety or sadness that feel uncontrollable? Maybe you’re stepping into a new phase of life and finding the transition more challenging than you anticipated. Or perhaps you’re struggling with body image and the way you see yourself feels like a constant battle. If any of this feels familiar, you don’t have to face it alone.

I offer a compassionate, collaborative environment where your unique experiences and inner strengths shape our work together. With a person-centered and strengths-based approach, I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you develop practical tools for navigating life’s difficulties with confidence and resilience. Whether you’re working on self-esteem, body image, or managing everyday stress, I’m here to support you at every step.

I earned my master’s degree in counseling psychology from the University of Denver. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC.0023591) and am supervised by Catherine S. Tilford, MA, NCC, LPC, CEDS. I take a person-centered and strengths-based approach to therapy, aiming to meet each client where they are with empathy, curiosity, and collaboration. I also integrate strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients in building insight, emotional flexibility, and effective coping skills. My goal is to create a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered in their growth.
